About Five Star Appliances

Five Star Appliances has been in operation now for fifteen years. The company prides itself on providing an honest, reliable service to Waikato customers searching for some TLC for their white ware. Recently the company was purchased by Colin O’Meara and Callie Wrigley.

Colin has been servicing all types of white ware appliances for almost twenty years now, working with such companies as Axial Appliance Servicing in Auckland and Eastside Refrigeration in Hamilton. With Colin’s strong work ethic and the pride he places in getting the job done right he leaves his customers 100% satisfied. Colin prefers to be out on the road not in behind a desk so it is very likely if you book in a repair with Five Star Appliances you will meet the boss!

Because Colin prefers the “hands on approach” to looking after the business, he has teamed up with Callie Wrigley. Callie’s background is in administration and she has recently completed a degree in psychology. Callie doesn’t mind being behind a desk so she looks after the accounts and is very happy to have a chat to customers about their appliances.

Five Star Appliances couldn’t offer five star services without having a team of people who are dedicated to looking after customers and their white ware.  We have four experienced servicemen on our team so we can often be there the same day.  Our two office staff ensure the smooth running of the business.
